This excerpt is from capitalist realism but I think it equally applies to feminism and sums up what I’m trying to say: “Capitalist ideology consists precisely in the overvaluing of belief—in the sense of inner subjective attitude—at the expense of the beliefs we exhibit and externalize in our behavior.
