because there’s a lot of advice out there and not much of it is practical. so here’s what we ACTUALLY did.

and let me say what a two minute video can’t -

1. If you want to wait and don’t have a plan, that’s a goal. For me waiting wasn’t “something I hope happens” it was a requirement to marry me.

2. No your sexual history doesn’t exclude you from pursuing patience in your new relationship.

3. We ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. I’m not a goody goody sitting here lecturing you about struggles I know nothing about. Whether you waited or not, the road there is hard.

4. I never regretted it. He never regretted it. I didn’t need to test drive the car. It runs just fine 🤭

I KNOW this can be so hard to talk about. There is NO condemnation here. This is a safe space for the hard questions. Because if we don’t start talking about this, we raise an entire generation on legalism instead of biblical conviction and we set them up to fail.
