The older I get, the more I realise being “busy” and being “energised” are VERY different things! So instead of depending on endless caffeine, I’ve been trying to build better daily habits that actually support my strength and energy.

✨ Your healthy carbs are not the problem. The glycemic load is. And nobody explained this to you. After menopause your insulin sensitivity drops. Your estrogen drops. Your muscle mass drops. And the carbs that worked perfectly at 35 are hitting your body completely differently at 55.
