🔺Serious question: Do you know anyone personally who still “supports” or “stands with” this abhorrent insult to humanity? I really want to know. I have had people in my life who do, both openly and quietly—but they are long gone now (at least I think they are—*if you’re one of the quiet ones and you’re seeing this, you should get going too)

But I know there must be those of you out there who still have contact with people who support this abomination. And the question is, how? Unless you are actively engaged in trying to educate them or deprogram them every moment that you spend with them, how, HOW, do you reconcile allowing them the comfort of being in the same space as you? How do you feel about the normalisation that THEY make YOU complicit in by sharing that space with you? By carrying on “normal” conversations about other things while there is this moral chasm between you?

THIS is how normalisation of evil works. How it is able to continue long past the point of having been identified for what it is.

I don’t know. It’s difficult, but I think maybe it’s time to draw the line more clearly. People need to declare themselves. People have to choose. And then they have to live with the moral and social consequences of that choice.
Enough. Enough. Enough.

#ChrisBrown is fighting back after his daughter’s mother, #DiamondBrown, asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown, according to @TMZ_tv. If you recall, Diamond filed paperwork in Los Angeles last month requesting primary custody, while proposing that Chris be granted visitation rights only.

However, Chris isn’t feeling that arrangement. The singer has responded by requesting joint legal and physical custody of Lovely. He’s also asking that both parties cover their own legal expenses. Neighbors, a South Carolina officer has reportedly been fired and arrested after allegedly pulling out a gun and pointing it at another officer for microwaving fish inside the station.

According to authorities, 46-year-old Michael Debiase, a detective with the Myrtle Beach Police Department, was charged with pointing and presenting a firearm at a person following the June 2 incident. Police say he removed his department issued gun from its holster while inside a briefing room and pointed it at another officer during a dispute.

Authorities say Debiase was immediately placed on administrative leave while the department investigated the incident. Officials later confirmed that his employment had been terminated.

Authorities did not say whether the firearm was loaded at the time. Reports say pointing a firearm at someone is a felony offense punishable by a fine and up to five years in prison. Debiase was booked into jail and released several hours later. No bond was set. What are yall thoughts on this?
