Trust me, I know it can feel like a prison sentence when you’ve been told you have some form or degree of prolapse.

I remember exactly how I felt when I first discovered that’s what I was dealing with. Suddenly I was hearing things like you’ll never lift heavy again, you should avoid certain exercises forever, and maybe another vaginal birth isn’t a good idea.

This information left me feeling fearful instead of empowered…so I’m here to help you feel EMPOWERED!

I want to sit on this side of things and tell you there is SO much hope.

Not only have I been asymptomatic for years, strength trained through another full-term pregnancy, and had another vaginal birth…I’ve also helped thousands of women improve symptoms and get back to doing the things they love😭🙌🏼

One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is living in a constant state of tension. They think they need to squeeze, clench, and hold everything together. But prolapse isn’t just a pelvic floor issue…just like diastasis isn’t just a core issue.

These are whole-body issues.

When we understand pressure management, breathing mechanics, alignment, and how our body functions as a system, we can build a strong foundation that everything else is built upon.

Can symptoms sometimes ebb and flow? Absolutely.. But that feedback? It simply gives us information about where we may need to focus.
