This is a gentle reminder from me. This is me in the Emergency ward.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been sleeping late almost every day—juggling work, assignments, and everything in between. I thought I could push through it all.

Then the cough started.

For a week, I ignored it because I thought it was just a normal cough. But every night became harder. My throat felt like it was being pierced with needles. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, and eventually couldn’t even drink properly.

At 6 a.m yesterday, I finally fell asleep because my body was simply too exhausted.

When I woke up, I felt so weak. My mum immediately took me to the hospital, and it turned out that I had MULTIPLE ULCERS AND WOUNDS IN MY THROAT.

Sometimes our body whispers before it starts screaming.

If you’re coughing, feeling feverish, constantly tired, or your body feels “off”—please don’t take it lightly. Rest. Eat well. Stay hydrated. Sleep enough.

Everything can wait.

Your health cannot.

A special thank you to Dr. Masri and the wonderful team at KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 for taking such good care of me. I called Dr. Masri when the pain became unbearable, and he attended to me with great care and professionalism.

Balance your work, your studies, and your rest. Because when your health is gone, everything else has to stop too.

Alhamdulillah, slowly recovering. Please keep me in your prayers. 🤍✨

Health is not a luxury. It’s a necessity. Take care of yourself before your body forces you to.
