Actress Theresa Randle, best known for her roles in the ‘Bad Boys’ franchise, is facing new legal troubles after her former boyfriend obtained a temporary restraining order against her, alleging a series of disturbing incidents. —————————According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dario Pallini claims Randle has been harassing him since the pair ended their relationship in 2024. The most recent incident allegedly occurred on June 1st, when Pallini returned home and discovered the actress inside his residence. In the filing, Pallini alleges he found Randle “sitting in my closet with my dog” while smoking crack cocaine. He claims she appeared shocked by his arrival and told him she believed he was in jail.—————————Pallini further alleges that when he demanded she leave the property, Randle became agitated and began making incoherent statements. The situation reportedly escalated when she allegedly threw a can of vegetables that struck him in the head after he threatened to call police. Officers were eventually called to the scene, and Pallini says Randle was removed from the property.—————————The restraining-order request also details an earlier incident on May 18th. According to Pallini, he woke up to find Randle inside his apartment and believed she was under the influence of drugs because she immediately began cleaning his home while insisting he owed her money. Pallini alleges the encounter turned violent when Randle threatened to shoot him before swinging a metal pole from his medical bed and striking him in the shoulder. He claims the incident led to her arrest.—————————Nonetheless, a judge has granted Pallini a temporary restraining order, and a hearing is scheduled for June 23rd. In his filing, Pallini stated that Randle “is addicted to drugs and needs help,” though that claim has not been independently verified. Thoughts?
TNHT Staff: @hausofaaron__________________Neighbors, a Miami-Dade woman is facing charges after authorities say her 8-year-old daughter was found with visible injuries from alleged abuse.__________________Naseline Timouche, 27, faces charges of aggravated child abuse with great bodily harm and child neglect after deputies made contact with her and the child on Saturday.__________________According to reports, the girl told deputies she was beaten with multiple objects, including a charging cord, frying pan, and spatula, and said her mother would wake her up in the middle of the night and hit her “for no apparent reason.”__________________She also reported being left home alone for “extended periods of time” and was told she wasn’t “allowed to eat in her residence because the food is for ‘guests.’ Therefore she can eat expired foods or food from the trash.”__________________A witness told deputies she met the child about two months ago and became concerned, later allowing the girl to stay at her home after seeing her walking alone at night on Friday.__________________Timouche was later arrested after returning home at 5 a.m. Saturday after being out all night and allegedly did not call 911 when she realized the child was missing. It was about secrets and love and lust and loss and sadness and the quotidian aspects of life, just real life. It was also my father's birthday. Today there's a little bit of solace knowing that in whatever realm you end up in that he has two of his children with him, my late brother Nicholas and now my sister Kelly. She was his first born and that is a most special relationship.. missing them both today.
