Ingredients

For the beef:
-Ground beef and/or lamb
-White onion
-Full fat yogurt
-Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
-Cumin
-Paprika
-Dried oregano
-Cinnamon
-Salt
-Black pepper
-Butter for cooking

For the tomato sauce
-Butter
-Tomato paste
-Passata
-Smoked paprika
-Sugar
-Salt
-Black pepper

For the Aleppo brown butter
-Unsalted butter (or salted up to you but adjust salt accordingly!)
-Aleppo pepper

For serving
-Soft fresh pide bread or other similar bread
-Plain full fat yogurt
-Long green pepper or Cubanelle pepper
