🚨An Indiana child predator is headed to federal prison for 60 years — and he’s never getting out.

37-year-old MAGA man Cecil Spangler of Roanoke, Indiana, was sentenced on May 28, 2026, by Chief U.S. District Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to S*xual Exploitation of Children. The sentence: 720 months in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release. Victim restitution will be determined at a later date.

According to U.S. Attorney Adam Mildred, Spangler s*xually abused a minor and photographed the crimes over a span of more than two years — from June 2021 through August 2023.

The case began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children flagged a cyber tip in August 2023. A search warrant was executed at Spangler’s home on Palace Drive in Roanoke, leading to his arrest alongside a co-defendant, Anna Fleishman, who faced separate charges including child m*lesting, child exploitation, and child s*xual abuse materials.

Spangler’s Facebook page is filled with shared right-wing content from Ben Shapiro, Prager U, the HodgeTwins, and fear-mongering about socialism and Democrats. He also shared a post defending Donald Trump. Spangler does not appear to be transgender, a drag queen, or undocumented immigrant. Given his status as the usual suspect, this case is unlikely to attract national media attention or mass demonization by the right-wing media based on his identity.

I wrote this song about the kind of love that feels less like peace and more like a beautiful addiction. The relationships that pull you under so deeply you mistake intensity for connection. Where tenderness and damage somehow exist in the same breath. Some loves feel calm and steady, while others consume you completely, leaving traces of themselves in every room, every street, every quiet moment.

I’ve watched people I care about lose themselves inside relationships like this, and when I was younger, I knew that feeling too. There’s something about growing older that changes your relationship to chaos. You begin to recognize the difference between being loved and being emotionally undone.

“It’s Unusual” lives in that space between longing and comfort, devotion and decay. Where love is messy, haunting, and impossible to fully let go of.

As usual I prefer an abstract video to accompany my songs. Many people are hoping I would create the story behind the song but I prefer to let the viewer feel the song in their own way, without my story driving it.
