Just wanna clear some things up about Garden Running with @offfield I do not smoke/vape Flower 🥦. As a runner and someone who absolutely loves running, I will not be damaging my lungs with smoke. I live in Los Angeles. I did enough damage to my lungs by simply walking around outside.I do not like to "get high" because it makes me feel panicky and anxious, and I truly dislike that feeling. Maybe that's why you don't do it either. What I love about running is that feeling of movement and freedom. I love running with a group, and I love a quiet solo run (even if my thoughts are going every which way). Runners often ask me if you get high when you take Offfield. It depends on how much you take. I don't. I always recommend starting with one gummy cube. One cube is 1.5 mgs of T H vitamin C, 20 mgs C B D, 5 mgs C B G, and 5 mgs of caffeine from Yerba Mate. The suggested serving for a 5 mile run or about an hour to 90 minutes of running/working out is 2 cubes (so double it). I take Offfield because it lifts the yucky feeling of the first 2ish miles at the start of every run and brings that feeling that clicks in once you warm up of that Runners High, that euphoric feeling runners get. When I run with Offfield I always feel grounded, never dizzy. I am relaxed in my body while running strong and steady. I just have better running experiences overall. Offfield is not for everyone. If you've had negative experiences with smoking 🥦 in your past and you're hesitant to try I understand. I was exactly the same way.If you see me and want to try Offfield, just ask.
