It’s been a very long week, I fell off the golf cart last Monday. With rest, my concussion has been recovering well. No where near 100%, but on a good track. My eye however, is taking longer than expected to come around. I have a lovely team of doctors keeping a very close eye on me as I now am going to be back in rehearsals starting tomorrow. It’s definitely a bit early to be going back into everything, and I have to be very careful of not being 100% recovered… but the Greatest saying in Hollywood, which I’m realizing to be true, the show must go on. If you see me with sunglasses on, just know, I’m not being a drama diva, just taking care of my eye giving it a bit of relief😎 the patch I found after a few days to be a bit difficult with the concussion recovery so only wear it now if I need a complete light break! Thank you for the lovely messages, I’ve been down the last few days dealing with this and feeling a little bit bummed but I’ve seen lots online that has made me smile so thank you for that 🤍

EL 18," FORMER BODYGUARD FOR OVIDIO GUZMÁN, ARRESTED IN CALIFORNIA ​The U.S. Department of Justice has confirmed the arrest of Irving Froilán León Alvarado, known as "El 18," the former head of security and 📍 personal bodyguard for Ovidio Guzmán López, also known as "El Ratón." ​León Alvarado was initially apprehended in San Bernardino, California, on January 16, 2026. Following his arrest, the FBI and federal prosecutors took custody of the case after identifying his high-level role within "Los Chapitos" faction. Court documents reveal that the investigation was significantly bolstered by the cooperation of a protected witness, who provided federal authorities with key evidence to secure the charges. ​Key points: ​Profile: León Alvarado was a trusted operative responsible for the close protection of Ovidio Guzmán. ​Charges: He faces federal accusations of methamphetamine trafficking and illegal possession of firearms. If convicted, he could face a life sentence. ​Legal Status: He was presented before a federal judge on January 16, and the case file is currently under judicial seal. 📌While the initial public-facing report or database entry lists the arrest reason as "Marijuana - Possession", this is often a common tactic used by federal authorities to detain high-value targets while they build a more comprehensive and severe criminal case.
