We get a lot of questions about how ordering works. So here’s everything at once.How long does it take?21 days to make, plus shipping - usually 2 to 3 weeks depending on your country. So if you want something for autumn, June is exactly the right time to order. Express making is available for all items - just mention it in DMHow do I send my measurements?You don’t have to figure it out alone. Our manager Daria will walk you through everything - step by step. We’ll send you a photo guide showing exactly how to measure, and if needed, ask for a photo of you taking your measurements. It sounds like a lot, but it’s the reason things actually fitWhat if it doesn’t fit?We’ll always find a solution - correction or a full remake. If the mistake is ours, we cover the shipping both ways. If the measurements were incorrect on your end, we’ll discuss it and find something fair.
