🌿 Elder wisdom is medicine.
There is a kind of healing that only comes from sitting at the feet of grandmothers — listening to their stories, feeling the steadiness in their hands, and being reminded that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves.

Generational healing begins when we gather close, when we remember, and when we let their presence soften the places in us that have carried too much, for too long.
