Origins of Mama

For years, I thought strength meant keeping up.
Pushing through.
Earning my worth by how much I could carry.

But motherhood…
Motherhood cracked that myth open.

True strength lives in the woman who honors her body,
who asks for help,
who knows when to pause,
who chooses softness over burnout.

This post is a reclamation.
Of a different kind of strength, one rooted in cycles, in wisdom, in rest.
