Most followers of mine don’t know 2016 is the one year I had an open national record. I wasn’t posting at all at the time, in dark mode. The photo is from the 2nd attempt. But had national refs for the 3rd and hit 4x body weight for the first time ever with 650 lbs at 162. The 3rd slide imo is my best set ever as I likely could’ve pulled over 300 kg that day at 74 kg. Shoutout to @deadliftingorangutan for ascending soon after. Always proud to say I’ve benched 2x, squatted 3x, and deadlifted 4x! #throwback #usapl #uncstatus #canditoforeverprogram
