GEEL... wie had dat gedacht? 💛
Wie mij al langer volgt, weet dat geel niet bepaald mijn favoriete kleur is.
Toch kocht ik onlangs deze set in lichtgeel. En eerlijk is eerlijk, de vele positieve reacties maakten dat ik mijn kast in dook en ging ik combineren. Niet met rode, bruine, blauwe of groene blazers (en die hangen er echt genoeg) maar op de manier die het beste bij mij past: met tinten die op elkaar aansluiten.
Vandaag laat ik twee combinaties zien.
Helemaal zoals jullie van mij gewend zijn: rustig, harmonieus en ton-sur-ton. Want hoewel ik colorblocking bij anderen prachtig kan vinden, gaat mijn hart toch uit naar meer matchende tinten.
En ik kan inmiddels wel zeggen: deze combi’s met geel hebben me positief verrast. 💛
De andere twee combinaties houden jullie nog van me tegoed.
Die laat ik binnenkort zien!
YELLOW... who would have thought? 💛
Anyone who has been following me for a while knows that yellow isn’t exactly my favorite color. Yet, I recently bought this set in light yellow. And to be honest, the many positive reactions made me curious to take another look into my closet and I started to combine. Not with red, blue, brown or green blazers (and I really have plenty of those), but in the way that suits me best: with shades that complement each other.
Today I’m showing two combinations. Exactly as you’ve come to expect from me: calm, harmonious, and tone-on-tone. Because although I can find color blocking beautiful on others, my heart still goes out to more matching shades.
And I can now safely say: these combinations with yellow have pleasantly surprised me 💛
