✨ Your healthy carbs are not the problem. The glycemic load is. And nobody explained this to you. After menopause your insulin sensitivity drops. Your estrogen drops. Your muscle mass drops. And the carbs that worked perfectly at 35 are hitting your body completely differently at 55.
✨Also & don’t be MAD a lot of you just eat way too much of your “healthy” carbs….🙄
