When I talk about the bucket, most moms picture food first.

Food is the loudest one. But it’s not the only one.

Your home environment is layer two. And honestly, layer two is the one most of us are missing, because we don’t smell it, we don’t see it on a label, and the marketing on the front of the bottle has us fully convinced we already swapped.

Now I know this can feel like a lot so pick just one and swap it this week. You don’t need to do all five. You need to do one, and then the next one feels just a bit smaller.
