Fun fact: During a Destiny’s Child performance, Michelle Williams slipped and fell on stage while performing, but Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland appeared to keep singing and dancing without immediately reacting.

In all honesty, the first 3 clips are a literal jump scare to me.

No structure. No discipline. No self control. LOTS of self pity.

I use to blame it on PMOS (formally known as PCOS), until I went to a Saturday prayer service. A prayer point was health in the physical body and changing the story of whatever disease/sickness ran in your bloodline.

From that day onwards I took back authority over my body. I plugged myself in community, changed my eating habits, and made up my mind I can be the healthiest, fittest version of myself!
