The 2021 version of me thought eating less was the answer. She was wrong about almost everything 🥲

Back then I lived on barely any food and apple cider vinegar shots and called it discipline. What actually changed my body was the opposite of all of it. More protein, more carbs, and real structure in my workouts and daily habits instead of punishing myself for being hungry.

The moment I stopped restricting and started properly fueling, the weight finally came off, my energy came back, and food stopped running my life. Building shaep is what made it click, because creating the workouts and the nutrition meant living the exact opposite of everything I used to believe. It put me in the most relaxed and happy place I’ve ever been around food.

Perez Told the FIA It Would Happen... 😬

🏎️ One of the most overlooked moments from the chaotic 2026 Monaco Grand Prix happened long before the crashes. Around 30 minutes before Lance Stroll slammed into the barriers at the final corner, Sergio Pérez reportedly warned FIA officials about a section of tarmac at Turn 19 that was beginning to break up and lose grip. At the time, the concern attracted little attention, but it would soon become one of the biggest talking points of the race.

💥 On Lap 60, Stroll lost control of his Aston Martin at Antony Noghès, the final corner of the circuit, bringing out the Safety Car. Initially, many assumed it was simply a driver error or a mechanical issue. However, when the race restarted a few laps later, Charles Leclerc crashed at the exact same location while running in a podium position. The Ferrari driver immediately blamed his brakes over team radio, while Stroll pointed toward engine-braking problems, but the coincidence was impossible to ignore.

🚧 Following Leclerc’s accident, race control red-flagged the Grand Prix and sent officials onto the circuit to inspect the surface. Television cameras showed a visibly damaged strip of asphalt on the racing line, with concerns growing that the recently resurfaced section of track was breaking apart under the loads generated by the 2026 cars. The FIA eventually deemed the circuit safe enough to restart after inspections and cleanup work.

👀 In hindsight, Pérez’s warning looks remarkably prophetic. While neither Stroll nor Leclerc blamed the tarmac directly, both crashes occurred at the same corner within minutes of each other, and the deteriorating surface became serious enough to trigger one of the most unusual red flags Monaco has ever seen. What initially sounded like a routine driver complaint ended up foreshadowing one of the defining controversies of the entire weekend.
