Every time you use your sourdough starter, it’s important that you feed it. I feed mine with 3/4 cup warm water and 1 cup flour.

Mason Jar Matcha my friends!!! A very simple little drink that brightens up my day! I find it gives me a calm energy and alertness that coffee doesn’t. No high or low just makes me feel nice and awake. Tired mom here so yeah, big fan! 😄Mason Jar Matcha 2 tsp matcha powder Boiling hot water HoneyPuréed strawberries Heavy creamMilkPour the hot water over the matcha powder and whisk very vigorously in a back and forth motion. You want foam and all powder dissolved. Add the honey and whisk. Add the rest of the ingredients whisking well. Enjoy like that or pour over ice cubes for a cold drink. I added more milk with the ice cubes because I had made a rather thick drink. 😄👌🏻#matcha #masonjar #energy #greentea #caffeine

County fair week is a week our 4-H kids look forward to all year long. It starts with the parade and hometown rodeo followed by the 4-H Artisan farmers market. Then it’s a mad scramble to get all the animals show ready before animal check in, last minute prepping, and then it’s showtime! The goat show is the first day of checking in. So many memories made and time spent with friends and animals. I’m so thankful for our 4-H community! 🍀

We were in Kansas this weekend for my husband’s sister’s wedding. James and Naomi are two of the most kind and loving people you will ever meet and I’m so excited to watch them walk into their future together. Now I make my own sauce with real Parmesan and I don’t mix it altogether and the family still loves it. But it’s crazy how kids get used to a food being made a certain way and it takes time for them to learn to like new foods. So be patient mommas, take small steps on your journey to eating healthier. Infusion at Cedars went well today as always, and I’m slowly getting my blood test results in on my cedars app. So far so good!!!!! Cancer marker results tmrw and I’m always positive about those that I’ll be fine. We did find a tear in my labrum today which is why I’ve had so much pain in my right hip in addition to the neuropathy. I knew something was wrong because my left leg and hip have normal neuropathy pain but my right takes me out!!! I have to make appt. With Dr. Klapper at cedars for surgery because it’s a pretty good tear. Whomever was on my live today and told me about him you were right!!! My oncologist gave me his info. Thanks to everyone for praying for me!!! You are so appreciated ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
