#BrittanyBell just earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University, and the title of her dissertation is stopping people in their tracks.  The full title: “Black Fathering and the Experience of the Adult Child with Multiple Siblings from Different Women: A Phenomenological Study.”
Her research focused on the impact of absent Black fathers who have multiple children with different women, and how those family structures affect the children long term.  The kicker? She shares three of #NickCannon’s 12 children, who collectively have nine other siblings from different women. 
She walked across that stage, brought her kids with her, and turned her lived experience into a doctorate. Say what you want but Dr. Bell did that. 👏🏽 With the dissertation to prove it.
