They hid a small camera in his hair before sending him to school. What they say the footage captured was heartbreaking: their son appearing distressed while adults in the room allegedly failed to intervene. The family says no child should have to suffer in silence, especially those who cannot fully advocate for themselves.The school district has launched an investigation, and the staff member involved has reportedly been removed from the school while the matter is reviewed. A disagreement over who was allowed to use a boat launch in Hopkinton, Massachusetts has now led to attempted murder charges.Police say 70-year-old Steven Dana confronted 21-year-old Matthew Duffy at Sandy Beach over access to a residents-only boat launch. Duffy was reportedly recovering from a serious motorcycle accident and was using crutches at the time. Investigators allege that what started as a verbal confrontation quickly escalated into violence, with video allegedly showing Dana holding Duffy underwater until friends intervened.Dana has been charged with attempted murder, strangulation/suffocation, and assault and battery on a disabled person. He has pleaded not guilty and was released on bail pending future court proceedings. One disagreement. One decision. And according to prosecutors, it could have ended in tragedy. by @jaydee_milo
