Life lately. Travels, birthdays,events, work. All good stuff 🫶🏻•We celebrated Johans’ birthday in beautiful Soller at Esplendido hotel. Such a fantastic little getaway on our island •I flew and had a really bad hair day but excellent works day. •Johans loves cigarrs, especially with a view and after eating a Sollér citrus. •I love getting a coffee in the hotel room before breakfast. Best day to start the day. Especially near the sea. •Birthday celebration of a 2 year old with the best picnic. •My children’s book as a birthday card. •Smiles everyday is a must. •A weekend in Amsterdam. •Porsche event in Germany. Johans @thewhaletailproject made a special edition for Manthey racing @manthey_racing , with the Grello. •Really cool Porsche cars at this event at @porsche_bensberg •Love working with Johans on his creations. • Sometimes we’re given chocolate onboard, those are the best days obviously….• As 41 years has passed since I entered this world my skin need all the help it can get 🙌🏻But behind the scenes I also had to deal with one of the biggest sorrows in a long time. Having a person with addiction in one’s life is heartbreaking and tough. I’m sure a lot of people here know exactly how it feels. How it feels when you don’t want to give up on the person you love so much but you also feel like your heart literally breaks after every lie and letdown. So I am trying to take all the knowledge I’ve gathered through life and apply it to my own wellbeing. It’s not the easiest but it’s totally possible. I’m so happy to have Johans by my side and so many other amazing people, reminding me that another person’s addiction doesn’t mean the person doesn’t love you, but at some point, we also have to choose ourselves.And if we don’t take care of our own wellbeing, we can never truly be there for the person who needs it either.Love Sara by @life_of_svj

We all do it. We all compare. We all think that the person on the screen has it all. But we also know that’s not the whole truth. However it’s easy to forget that part. We forget that we don’t have good hair every day. That cellulites are common and totally ok to have. We forget that there are filters for everything. We filter out the bad and we show the good. I love my life, my life that I worked hard for. The feelings I learned to control. The knowledge I gathered. The personal development that took a lot of energy and effort. The cellulite’s however are so stubborn… 🤣Even though I love my life, I also compare myself to others. In some extent it can make us work better for what we want, but it can also become unhealthy. So let’s all remind ourselves that we are all different and that’s the way it should be. We are all imperfect, perfect human beings 💛🙌🏻 by @life_of_svj

And if you feel like your batteries are out of power, that’s ok. We all feel like that sometimes. After my miscarriage I felt like I didn’t even have batteries. But we do, we always do. We just need to find a way to keep recharging them. For me it’s my people around me. And also laughter. I am actively looking for laughter.
