Like any other professional speaker, consultant, trainer, or community leader, our time, expertise, and labor have value. The fact that our work is connected to Pride does not make it less professional or less deserving of fair compensation.Pride may be a CSR initiative, a diversity program, or an annual event for an organization. For us, however, it is not a once-a-year campaign. It is a lifelong reality. The challenges, responsibilities, and experiences that shape our voices do not disappear when Pride Month ends -they stay with us every day.Respecting LGBTQ+ voices also means respecting the value of their work, their expertise, their time AND RESPECTING PRIDE!#HappyPride #Pride2026 #HappyPrideIndia by @nakshatra.bagwe

To all my fellow LGBTQ+ influencers: choose your Pride campaigns carefully. Ask questions. Understand who you’re working with and why.Don’t sell Pride too cheaply.Because Pride is not a commodity. It’s not a seasonal marketing trend. It’s an emotion, a movement, and a history that belongs to the entire community - not just to those of us with a platform. This month, may we celebrate loudly, collaborate responsibly, and remember what Pride truly stands for. 🌈#PrideMonth #LGBTQ #Pride2026 #HappyPrideMonth #QueerVoices by @nakshatra.bagwe

Same sex love is beautiful, but it often comes with battles many people never see - the judgment, fear, discrimination, and the lack of equal rights. That’s why self-love matters so much. Before loving someone else, learn to love yourself first. Healing, peace, and self-worth should never depend on another person. 🌈Watch The Visitor 5 on YouTube. I was never crazy about fancy restaurants or aesthetic cafés. Honestly, I don’t even know how most popular coffee chains taste and I’m completely okay with that. You probably won’t see me shopping at Zara or hanging out at fancy places. But you’ll absolutely find me at a local nursery buying plants, at a pet shop, or exploring authentic street food lanes. That’s me.I like real places. Raw places. Authentic places. Nature invites me more than expensive interiors ever could.Maybe I passed that phase. Or maybe I was never in that phase to begin with.So if you ask me out for café hopping, there’s a good chance I won’t respond. But ask me to go plant shopping, explore local food spots, walk by the beach, or just exist somewhere peaceful and I’m already excited. And if someone gets excited about fancy coffee dates, I’m genuinely happy for them. It’s just never going to be me. And honestly, I love my way of dating. by @nakshatra.bagwe

Living life on your own terms, in your own home, peacefully living alone, is truly a blessing. A neatly organized space where you can follow your passions, hobbies, and surround yourself with nothing but love and acceptance that kind of peace is priceless. While most people run behind relationships and lust, I run behind my peace, my time, and self-love.At the end of the day, the only person who truly stays with you is yourself.PS: Please Google recipe of Hyderabadi Green Chicken.#hyderabadifood #greenchicken #gaychef #cookingisfun #selflove by @nakshatra.bagwe

This is Arnav Singh Gehlot. ID: _.arnavvvvv Yesterday, I received a complaint alleging that he took ₹500 in advance from someone on the pretext of a paid meetup and then blocked the person.(One week protein intake ka kharcha done)Last night, I tried reaching out to him to know his side of the story. I simply texted “Hi” without even mentioning any scam allegation, but he instantly blocked me. That itself raised questions. This is also a reminder for people to stay careful online. Many individuals project a completely different image on social media while secretly doing paid meetups for money, gym memberships, supplements, or a lavish lifestyle. And unfortunately, some misuse trust and disappear after taking advance payments.Stop blindly trusting strangers online. Be careful, verify people properly, and protect yourself from scams. by @nakshatra.bagwe

@tcsglobal this is your employee @akash_looser_bad and is this what your company represents? We believed TCS stood for inclusion, equality, and respect but the behaviour of your employee online seems to reflect something very different.I urge my LGBTQ+ community and everyone who believes in equality and dignity to share this and speak up against such hate and discrimination. If you truly stand for inclusivity, hold people accountable. Otherwise, people will believe what they see. 🏳️‍🌈 by @nakshatra.bagwe

Let’s note down one thing very clearly: LGBTQ+ dating spaces are not meant for straight people, and this idea of “straight men on gay apps” should not be glamorized or entertained.A genuinely straight man is not looking to date men. If someone is bicurious, questioning, or experimenting, that is a completely different conversation altogether. But constantly pushing this fantasy of gay people chasing “straight guys” creates confusion, unhealthy dynamics, and reinforces stereotypes the community has already struggled with for years. Many mainstream platforms are already flooded with people who are not there for genuine queer connections. LGBTQ spaces were created so queer people could interact safely, honestly, and without judgment. Diluting those spaces for attention, trends, or fetishized content only harms the community further.Respect queer spaces. Respect queer identities. And stop turning LGBTQ dating culture into a spectacle.I wish the best for @aahil_ibranii for the future. by @nakshatra.bagwe
