I started filming in a garage with just a phone… now I'm a KEYNOTE SPEAKER at Adobe MAX 🤯💥

No cinema camera. No big crew. Just simple tools + creativity.

At MAX I'm breaking down exactly how I create my epic one shots with Adobe tools — from a simple idea, to the shot, to the next level.

Booty building, but make it postpartum friendly 🍑 We’re keeping it beginner friendly with weights up to 25 lbs as the doctor recommended post c-section.

The goal? Rebuild strength, reconnect with our muscles, and ease back into training with intention 🤍

Remember, every recovery is different! Your return to exercise and lifting should be guided by your OB or healthcare provider, not a universal weight limit 🫶🏼

Georgia, the clock is ticking. ⏰🍑

Polls close at 7 PM. If you're in line by 7, STAY in line. They have to let you vote.

Rick Jackson for Governor. Mike Collins for U.S. Senate. Red all the way down the ballot. 🇺🇸

Don't let Atlanta decide for the whole state. Grab your neighbor, your cousin, your coworker, and go.
