Poxa :(

Finish the year STRONG ⚡️❤️‍🔥💪🧠 comment “SUSTAIN” to join us in becoming our strongest, healthiest self 🤝 (34,000 super humans on Vitality) 👏

💭 The intention: health is wealth and it’s starts within (so take care of your mind and soul while training a strong body that lasts)

💪 The training split (pick ~3-4):
Monday: upper body push
Tuesday: fully body (upper bias)
Wednesday: upper body pull
Thursday: lower body (my fav)
Friday: arms & core
Saturday: fully body (lower bias)

🍳 The nutrition:
Week 1 we will focus on AWARENESS 👏 this includes challenges like chewing food 50% slower, screen free meals and more

🫂 The community:
This is the secret sauce. 34k people who will be a positive and empowering support on your journey through the holidays (I will be in there daily with coaching/support)

Final thought:
It’s not about how you start, but about how you finish 💯 anybody can start the year off right.. but VERY FEW stay consistent, connected and aligned through NOV-DEC.

Do you want to be common, or uncommon?

Comment “sustain” to lock in SUSTAINABLY 🤝

Yesterday Bobs and I had an appointment to meet my ‘grail’

We all have personal feelings on the term grail means. For me a grail is a watch I wish to own as I know that it’s the watch for me and one that I will want to wear for a long time.

I’ve quietly spent the past year trying to choose a watch for my forthcoming 50th birthday.

I set a budget and then set out on what initially proves to be quite a difficult task. However once I factored in things that are important to me, then it became somewhat easier.

A few of the contenders:

Tudor Submariner 79090: kindly lent to me by Ryan. A truly nice watch that looks and wears great on me. Neo vintage but with some design elements akin to a Rolex Submariner 1680. Get the pitchforks ready (I couldn’t choose one as I wanted a Rolex to celebrate with) I know I know 🙈 Roast me in the comments.

Rolex submainer 5513: the watch I grew up seeing, both on Roger Moore’s wrist and on the back of National Geographic magazine. Domed plexi, two lines of text, creamy markers and faded bezels. What a watch! However no matter how much I like them I don’t feel they’re robust enough for my daily wear. Maybe for my 60th when I’ve slowed a little.

5 digit Rolex Submariner: this was a real possibility and although I initially wanted a 14060m 4 liner, I then found charm in the 16610 with the cyclops, but the fire didn’t burn.

Rolex Datejust: I’ve had a serious crush on the silver dial 126234 with fluted bezel and jubilee for 5 years. What a watch! Well I thought I would revisit the reference and yesterday I tried on the same configuration but with the green ombré dial. Incredible, but too damn shiny sadly. One to admire on others.

So on the watch in the photos. It’s well known my love for the Oyster Perpetual. I have one with the candy pink dial and after more than a year of ownership it brings a joy that no other watch has. Nice wrist presence, perfect proportions and simplicity done right. Throw in a beige dial and it’s just perfect. 12 weeks in of a 6-12 month wait. SureI want the call now, but we had a great visit. Check Bobs out ❤️
