🌿 Comment FLOW and I’ll send you a simple step-by-step guide to planning a balanced yoga practice.

The order of your yoga poses matters just as much as the poses themselves.

A thoughtful yoga sequence helps you prepare your body, gradually build strength and flexibility, and transition comfortably into rest.

Whether you’re practising yoga at home for 20 minutes or attending a full class, every part of your practice has a purpose.

Remember, it’s not about how many asanas you complete, but how mindfully you move through them.

Save this for your next yoga practice. 🤍

Gajar Halwa meets cheesecake. In a jar. For Diwali. 🧡

Comment “SEND” and I’ll DM you the recipe 👇🏽

This is the easiest festive dessert you will make this season. A buttery graham cracker base, creamy cardamom cheesecake, and layers of gajar halwa. Done in 20 minutes and they look absolutely stunning.

Use homemade halwa if you have it. Use store bought if you don’t. Either way, this comes together fast and tastes like you spent all day on it. 🙌🏽

Make them a day ahead, chill overnight, and all you have to do before the party is add the pistachios and rose petals on top. ✨

Individual jars, no slicing, no mess. The dessert everyone asks you for the recipe of. 🙏🏽

One million. 🤍

Six days. One million views. And my very first release. I genuinely don’t even have the words. I released this song on Friday, 30th October, and seeing us reach one million in just six days is something I could only have dreamed of. God is so good.

Thank you @marioo_tz — none of this happens without you. And to everyone who watched, streamed, listened, shared and continues to show love — this milestone belongs to you. This number is yours, not mine.

Milioni moja. Naangalia hiyo namba na sina maneno. Asante @marioo_tz — bila wewe haya yasingetokea. Na kwa kila aliyetazama, aliyesikiliza, aliyeshare — hii namba ni yenu, si yangu.
