Until Every Cage Is Empty👊

Velma is a super sweet little 3 month old puppy. She's had a rough start, found as a stray with an extreme case of mange, but is recovering. She will be beautiful once her fur is fully grown in! She's a cuddly little girl, and like all puppies will require socialization and training!
