Unapologetic Cake Monster

Marrying two of my favourite things — Negroni and cake! Presenting a Negroni-inspired cupcake. Vanilla #cupcake with a #Negroni jello surprise, topped with #Campari x #Tanqueray x #sweet Vermouth frosting. Served with #homemade candied boozy orange peel and a Negroni jelly slice. The frosting turned out runnier than intended because of all the spirits I added in. I might try this next time with a #boozy dark #chocolate ganache frosting instead for contrast and a kick. 🥃 🧁
