Comment APP for the FULL pelvis “UNTWISTING” Tutorial to get your ABS 🔥 back! Ladies, if you’re ONLY training your abs for that stubborn belly, look a little LOWER. 👇 Your PELVIS is BIG part of the picture. Your abs attach to your pelvis and rib cage. Their position relative to one another influences the length-tension relationships of your abs and the way you’re able to manage intra-abdominal PRESSURE. Plus a bunch of other things. We need to consider the POSITION you’re asking your ABS to work from, as it influences your ability to build STRENGTH. Remember: your core is MORE than just a bunch of muscles. It functions as a coordinated PRESSURE SYSTEM 🔥! Your diaphragm, abs, and pelvic floor work together as you breathe, move, and lift. If you’re navigating: ➡️ A persistent lower belly pooch ➡️ Diastasis ➡️ Difficulty connecting with your abs ➡️ Pelvic floor tightness or weakness ➡️ Butt gripping Your training DESERVES to consider the whole system! #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #postpartumfitness

Bye week vibes! Love my people. And the Hawkeyes
This week on @imopodcasts, we’re joined by one of the most talented and brilliant people I know, @Questlove. His knowledge of and passion for music is second to none — and he walks us through where that love began, the unlikely origin story of The Roots, and why he’s made it his mission to preserve and celebrate the legacy of Black music. We also get into a more personal conversation about his relationship with success, and how he learned that, sometimes, the most important thing you can do for yourself is say no. It’s a thoughtful, funny, and fascinating conversation with a singular mind and talent. We hope you’ll tune in now on YouTube or listen wherever you get your podcasts.
