The Color Purple is a story of hope, faith and love. And how fitting that it is also one of the colors of International Womenโ€™s Day, representing justice and dignity. This day celebrates social, economic, cultural and politics achievements of women world wide and the many amazing women from different walks of life who have continued to break barriers for our rights to be equally recognized. I wanted to highlight a woman who has had a journey of her own making room for others like her, to do what they feel is for them and for being a great local dresser with us here in Chattanooga!
