@InaBloom presents this monumental 1.38-acre triple-lot estate featuring a 7,500 square foot indoor sports pavilion within the prestigious gates of Boca West Country Club 🔑

Situated in the exclusive Oakbrook subdivision, this masterpiece offers an unmatched canvas of scale and potential. The main residence spans nearly 10,000 square feet of living space, highlighted by an architectural octagonal great room with soaring ceilings and impeccable millwork throughout. A dedicated owner’s wing, envisioned by designer Susan Lachance, serves as a private sanctuary with a refined library, home office, and a comprehensive wellness center featuring a massage room, steam shower, and sauna.

The grounds are a true rarity, offering the luxury of three parcels with the benefit of only one membership fee. Beyond the five ensuite bedrooms and dedicated media room, the climate-controlled sports pavilion provides a versatile space perfect for a significant car collection, indoor pickleball, or a private sport court complex. Residents enjoy access to four championship golf courses and world-class amenities in one of South Florida’s most coveted communities.
