Getting ready for 3rd color change on my Diadem Circle Shawl! It may be the most stitches on the needle (nearly 600) but each row seems to be going fast because I am looking forward to each color change. Next color, Blue!

Two athletes.
One playful uniform check.
Then a little payback.

Some people think meet day is only about competition.
But most of it is the moments between teammates too.

Control the breath.
Control the reset.
Control the little distractions that turn into shared laughter,
when your teammate gets curious about your kit, gives it a playful tug, and you decide it's only fair to return the favour.

No PA this time.
Just stadium noise, a distant shout, and two athletes laughing over a rather unexpected uniform comparison.

That's why I love the routine.
Because routine leaves room for friendship and silly little moments too.
It keeps you honest.
