Few sights are more beautiful than the American flag flying high. Its stars and stripes embody freedom, courage, and sacrifice. We honor the brave men and women of our military who defend everything it represents. God bless America 🇺🇸 #redwhiteandblue #starsandstripes #freedom #america
Proud of the woman I’m becoming and super proud of the woman I’ve helped throughout the years become better versions of themselves both inside and out 🫂❤️‍🩹 this is a gentle reminder to not compare your fitness journey to someone else’s. Everyone has different timelines, everyone has different struggles. I myself have gone through soooo many different stages in my life. From emotional eating to not eating enough and starving myself to finally finding balance. But let me tell you that shit took so much work and a whole lot of patience and just never giving up on myself no matter how many times I had to keep restarting and relearning. It was also super helpful having a partner who also locked in with me and helped keep me accountable 🥹🫂💋 So if you’re on your fitness journey remember to be kind to yourself and never give up!! You got this besties!! 🫂🤍
comment STORAGE and I'll send the link to the calculator Oxygen absorbers and desiccants. Two different tools, two different jobs. Oxygen absorbers pull out the oxygen that spoils food, causes rancidity, and lets bugs survive. Great for dry goods like rice, beans, pasta, flour, oats, and freeze dried food. Desiccants pull out moisture. Great for anything that needs to stay bone dry: seeds, salt, documents, electronics, tools, or any item sensitive to humidity. What’s actually amazing (and free to use) is the food storage calculator on the website. Pick the food being stored. Pick the container. Choose how full. Add the room temperature. And how much and... Boom. Everything needed to correctly store that food long term.
