A feeling, a phrase, a flash of inspiration. A look inside her world, Isabelle d’Ornano’s new book, Imagine, brings together years of her hand-stitched needlepoint work, the words, and the stories behind them. “My cushions are a sort of meditation. I let the word inspire the whole canvas, and imagination does the rest.” — Isabelle d’Ornano A glimpse inside her very colorful world. #mysisleyparis sisley-paris.com

Comment ASTRA and I’ll DM you the skill that made this 👇 I built and animated this scene by talking to Astra connected to Blender, from the models and lighting to camera moves and simulations. It started with a reference image of a ’90s bedroom. Then I asked Astra to build it, model and light the scene, and pushed it further with animation. The skill works with Claude and Codex, so you can try it with your own scene.
I caught Turning Point USA committing election interference in Northern New Hampshire!!! I know my rights. I searched the statute RSA 659:43 and found EIGHT DIFFERENT VIOLATIONS!! Everything from not having a 10ft corridor, to wearing maga hats into a polling place and I GOT THE COPS TO SHUT THEM DOWN! Here's what you need to do if you suspect election interference: 1. Document everything. 2. Look up your towns election rules & phone number to report election interference. 3. Call the state election line and file a complaint. 4. Call your local police department, explain to them the statute, and how it's being broken. Ask if they can please "enforce our election laws" 5. Make sure that you ask for everybody's name when you are reporting these things, they are less apt to be rude and dismissive if they know that their name will be attached to refusing to protect election integrity.. they don't want that. The worst thing that can happen is they do not do anything about it, but the best that can happen is the police come out and make turning point leave. YOU CAN DO YOUR OWN POLLING STATION AUDIT!! JUST SHOW UP AND MONITOR!! if you'd like to help support me driving around to audit polling locations The link is in my bio. I do not get paid to do this, I just really care #midterms #electioninterference #turningpointusa #tpusa #viralnews
You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔 And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window! There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY! Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role. And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control. For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself. As you can see in the photo above… I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days. But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it. And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that. I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat. I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health. Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable. Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL. I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching. Because what works for one person might not work for another. We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs. So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶 Use the link in bio @mealengine to find out more!
