Who doesn’t love a clever swap that’s also better value? 😍 When you become more aware of the role marketing plays on food products you start to find lots of clever swaps that are better value 🙌👌 Always check the price per kg or per litre on the shelf, not just the price on the pack. It’s the only way to see the true value of what you’re comparing. Below are the better value swaps but FIRST 👇 ‼️ I’ve got something big coming in January to help you shop smarter and save money on your weekly shop. If you want to be the first to hear about it, comment WAITLIST and I’ll add you to the list 💗 🥣 Dr. Coy’s Vegetable Bouillon vs Knorr Stock Pots 🍫 Tesco Milk Chocolate vs Cadbury Dairy Milk 🥣 Tesco Wheat Biscuits vs Weetabix 🍔 Tesco Frozen Beef Quarter Pounders vs Tesco Finest Fresh Beef Burgers #sophiesswaps #cleverswaps #bettervalueswaps
Zara outfits 🤍👏🏽 Comment SHOP and I’ll send links straight to your DMs 💌 https://liketk.it/6rEdy
“Political violence always comes from the left”
If you want to actually be happy, start by taking less personally. Most of what people do has nothing to do with you. The short reply, the energy shift, the person who stopped reaching out. They are usually carrying something you cannot see, and you have been building whole stories around it. Release what you cannot control. Let things go before they take root. Let people be who they are instead of waiting for them to become who you need. Then put that energy back where it belongs. Your mental health. Your spiritual life. Your body. Your money. You only get so much attention in a day. Stop spending it on things that were never yours to manage. Focus on you. Everything else gets lighter from there.
