Look good and feel good......you may not have all the confidence but your outfit can give you a level of confidence and stare that sets you aside for greatness.

Food for thought - no judgment on the commenter 😉

I get that maybe the headline was misleading because most of the content you see with this type of headline does show a transformation, but that was kind of the point I was testing.

Society loves a good physical transformation, and there are some pretty incredible ones out there. I applaud the hard work and dedication that goes into that.

But as someone who has not had one of those jaw-dropping fat loss or recomp transformations, it’s interesting to me that this seems to be the main thing that the general public values. It’s almost as if your hard work isn’t worth as much if you didn’t go through one of these transformations 🤷🏻‍♀️

And I’m truly not looking for validation from strangers (despite what some of the trolls might have you believe on my feed😉).

I am, however, looking to change the conversation about health and fitness. As you know, I’m much more about performance than physique, but I think it would be great if people could just look at an obviously healthy, strong body and think “that’s a strong body right there!” rather than only consider a conditional compliment based on how far you’ve come.

That’s the way my brain operates anyway. When I see someone who looks healthy, full of vitality, and clearly strong, I will tell them so, without knowing where they started from, and in fact often without knowing what they do for health and fitness.

My two cents worth – what do you think? I’m genuinely curious.
