In the spirit of love and gratitude,  I hosted a sobremesa where the menu was inspired by the women whose friendship over the past year have meant the world to me.

The first course was inspired by Luna. I met @lunamaye_ a little over a year ago at a storytelling event she was hosting at @hausofintrigue .
I had been feeling disconnected, so I said yes to a new experience. It was the first time since I moved to Philly where I felt that I had found a community where I belonged.
This beautiful human being holds space in a way that makes you feel safe to be vulnerable and authentically express yourself. She also creates the most magical experiences with her voice and her bowls.
I highly encourage everyone to check out one of her sound meditations (see her insta for her upcoming events) because it is a wonderful feeling to be wrapped in a cocoon of love and sound.
