What a beautiful celebration! On Saturday, I had the pleasure of attending the white wedding of my dear friend and brother, Etim Okon Ibok, and his beautiful wife, Olaide Olamide Adelusi.
It was a lovely celebration filled with joy, laughter, and beautiful memories. We had an amazing time! May God bless your union with everlasting love, peace, happiness, prosperity, and beautiful children. May your home be filled with endless blessings. 🙏❤️
Congratulations, my brother, and happy married life to you and your beautiful wife!❤️

The Giants have star Bucs’ DL Vita Vea on their trade radar, per @JFowlerESPN

Tampa has been playing well as of late, so they may opt to keep him.

Well, it’s reveal time!
The secret I’ve been keeping from you guys..
I guess, it’s time to let out now?

A tiny part of me, that I always keep for myself… is my poetry! Yes yes I write poetry & proudly call myself a poet around my friends! It’s a part of me I discovered naturally I guess through the rough times in life, where writing made me feel at ease, gave me more clarity, and made me find the beauty in life…
Now you will say, why don’t you share some?
Maybe I will, maybe not
It’s just that, everything about my life is out here to be complimented or criticised, & that’s completely fine as it helps me grow..
But poetry?
I want to flow while I write it.
Forget about the world,
& listen to my heart..
Maybe that’s a part of me
That reminds me of who I am 🖤

So maybe, someday
This poet will put out a part of her
Out & about into the world..
Maybe someday, I’ll let you read
The words I’ve never said out loud.
Until then, this little poet
Asks for a promise,
To be kind & gentle..
To yourself & others too,
For life’s all about
Staying true..

Yours,
bb 🐯

Call me BIAS but Taekwondo has some of the quickest and most manipulated kicks in Martial Arts.. now imagine taking that and adding it to your existing game 👀 you’d be even deadlier right?! 👀

I absolutely love teaching Olympic kicking to all disciplines because even as someone who’s reached a high level, there is always more to learn, always room to add to my game and if I can teach just ONE ATHLETE, ONE NEW SKILL, that’s my cup full!

There’s a few students at @koreantigerstudios that have fights coming up and I want to wish you all the best! 🥊

What’s your thoughts? Would you want to learn Olympic-level Taekwondo? 🥋
