Cody Letwinch

1 Year and 4 Months ago we began a journey together. We both committed to pushing ourselves beyond our regular limits of working out. Today, we both received our blue belt and are very proud of each other, ourselves, and those around us who help us become a better version of ourselves.
Thank you to our professor @andrealmeidagb and to our incredible coaches @luisredig @yasminpalmeida @eduardalacerda . Also, thank you to @jason.cadle for humbling me everytime I feel my cardio and skillset are improving, lol.
