The intensity varies, but the waters of life run deep and are always moving on, the life raft, is to stay in flow as much as we can, be aware, and notice when we’re not, notice the resistance to what is.. and let go.

Self awareness is key, but then we’ve got to be aware of what we’re meeting it, with..

Example - the hammer 🔨
A hammer is useful in that it can build a home.
Same hammer can also be used to violently kill.
Depends how we use it.

Self awareness met with ‘acceptance’ (home, flow )
Yeah, I feel this and it’s undesirable, uncomfortable to even admit it, but it’s being human, and we’re here to experience the full spectrum of emotions & humanness in all its glory.

Self awareness met with ‘shame’ (killing your spirit)
Bashing ourselves for not being a perfect fictional super hero.

And when we’re wobbly we do this to ourselves, just to add insult to injury!

Grateful for this ‘penny drop’ awareness of the awareness.
