Want to know how to decrease your WHOOP Age? Focus on this to start aging backwards...

According to longevity expert Dr. Eric Verdin, when you sleep may be just as important as how long you sleep. His advice? Set an alarm for bedtime, and a haptic alarm for waking up, to prioritize consistent sleep and wake times.

This week on the latest WHOOP Podcast, Dr. Verdin joins Will Ahmed to break down the daily habits that impact how we age, how he doubled his HRV after uncovering a hidden sleep issue, and how WHOOP Age can help you take control of your long-term health.

See you next year, October🎃

Your triggers reveal where you’re not free. What someone says or does to upset you may expose an underlying belief you have about yourself. So today I'm going to tell you about seven common triggers and what they may reveal.

1. Criticism. You believe your worth depends on being good enough or competent.

2. Rejection. You believe you need other people’s acceptance to feel worthy.

3. Being ignored. You rely on external validation to feel like you’re enough.

4. Losing control. You believe you can’t feel safe or at peace unless life goes your way.

5. Someone crosses your boundaries. You may struggle to assert your needs and prioritize yourself.

6. Someone else’s success. You measure your worth by comparing yourself to others.

7. Someone disagrees with you. Your identity is attached to being right.

Here’s the thing: It’s not just what someone says or does. It’s what you make it mean about you.

If someone can destroy your peace simply by ignoring you or disagreeing with you, your peace is still dependent on their behavior.

And if someone else’s opinion determines how you feel about yourself, you’ve given them power over your inner world.

Your triggers reveal where you’ve handed your freedom to someone else.

And those are precisely the places where your work begins.

Because the more you recognize that your worth isn’t determined by what other people think, say, or do, the less power they have to disturb your peace.

That’s what freedom looks like.

So if you want to be less triggered and experience more freedom, DM me today to begin your healing journey.
