India Love is catching criticism after she turned down a suggestion to do a Halloween cosplay like Yonna because she considers it the devil’s holiday.

One X user accused India of picking and choosing when to follow her religious beliefs, pointing to aspects of her personal life and questioning why dressing up for Halloween was where she drew the line.

The internet has made maintaining a movement routine feel impossible. You don’t need a 6 step routine, you need something you can actually stick with.

If 5 minutes is all you have here’s a full body flow you can do.

Comment ‘FIVE’ and I’ll send you the link to my free 5-minutes movement series.
