There’s a saying, “Give people their flowers while they can still smell them.”

I am lucky enough to have someone to give flowers to and lucky enough to be able to do it in time. I’m lucky to have amazing friends who aren’t only talented, but also hard working and are really good at what they do - who are basically family and down to put together something very special.

F&F AFFAIR - a night of comedy and music

I am thanking the person I love the most with something I love doing the most. This SUNDAY DEC 17th 6:30 PM at @arlenesgrocery I will be performing with some of my friends & family for my friends & family to thank my grandmother Svetlana Gannushkina. I wouldn’t be a fraction of a person that I am if not for her.

Svetlana, Sveta to me is a human rights activist in Russia who helps people start a new life that are displaced from their homes from all over the world that come through Russia. As one can imagine being a human rights activist in Russia isn’t the most liked occupation and quite dangerous. She is a 7 times Nobel Peace prize nominee and much more. She isn’t politically affiliated and doesn’t push an agenda this woman just does.

The way I’m thanking her is putting on this show in order to raise money for her nonprofit organization Civic Assistance Committee. So come out this SUNDAY and enjoy some fun & entertainment for a good cause.
