Hope we don't spoil lakshadweep with the untreated sewage water and plastic waste...... to maintain the serenity let's ban plastics on these serene islands.

A few weeks ago, Blake Stephenson, a senior Tory MP, told an audience that areas of Luton were no-go zones for white people, echoing claims made by the likes of Tommy Robinson and other far-right figures.

We went to Bury Park to find out whether it was true. And found quite the opposite: a YES-GO zone!

Even in my Union Jack suit, the welcome I received from the community was incredible. This was real community spirit, and the food was fantastic too! All offered for free.

So the question begs asking: has Blake Stephenson ever set foot in Bury Park? And if he did, would he still continue to peddle lies to fuel hatred towards the Muslim community?

running the new york city marathon w @marchforourlives was the most fun i’ve had,, ever!!! i truly went through every emotion and am convinced i saw god @ mile 22,,, seeing my people & so many of yall out on the course both running and cheering was so so so special!! i feel so seen and so loved!! i love running, i love this community, and i love this body and brain that carried me through the best city in the world!!! #hopemaxxing
