It’s been a long election, and I’ve had to fight for my place every step of the way. The Republican Party didn’t want me because I was a convicted felon. Running as an independent meant fighting to be heard without a party machine behind me. I believe the media would rather ignore me than give the establishment candidates real competition. I ran this campaign my way, stood by my principles, and said what I believed needed to be said. But the best part of this entire ride has been YOU. Every handshake, every conversation, every person who showed up, shared a video, or told me to keep fighting. You kept me going. In two hours, the polls close, and we’ll see whether the people are ready for change. Whatever happens tonight, thank you.
