For our upcoming Breathwork Course in South-Africa we would like to share the experience of one of the participants of the our last course in Rishikesh… Daan: My journey with Umoyah to become a Breathwork Coach was an amazing, intense, deep, meaningful and beautiful journey all at the same time. Marvin is a great and knowledgeable teacher and an amazing breathwork coach. I’m very greatful that this breathwork course came on my path because breathwork is such a powerful tool and it can connect you with your True Self and so much more...

Thanks once more for organising this beautiful course here in Rishikesh, India and for the 2 amazingly interesting weeks.

Namaste 🙏 To register or to receive more information, feel free to sent a DM or email to [email protected] or [email protected]

We hope to see you in South Africa!

Note to future self: one day, you’ll become friends with the amazing @trinnywoodall and - even better - you’ll get to spend a day shooting with her and call it (very loosely) ‘work’ for @trinnylondon

I’ve learned so much from Trinny. She’s a woman’s woman to her very core and has shown up for me in ways you can’t even begin to imagine. I love you, my darling friend, Thank you for including me in this festive frolic!

I have a solo in the campaign coming out on the 7th, and I'm playing a character! Keep your eyes out for it! 👀

Some of you know me only in the context of personal life (and especially my life’s more difficult chapters over the past few years), and others solely in the context of my professional life. It’s been such a long time since I took the time to reintroduce myself, and I figured there’s no better time than today, on this special anniversary, to briefly recap 🤍

At our 2026 Make Equality Reality Gala, we honoured the late Virginia Roberts Giuffre with Equality Now’s Courage Award, recognising her extraordinary determination to challenge powerful institutions, demand accountability and create a path for other survivors to be heard.⁣
⁣
Presenting the award, Mariska Hargitay reflected on the enormous burden placed on survivors who speak out, and our collective responsibility to ensure their courage leads to meaningful change.⁣
⁣
Virginia’s brother and sister-in-law, Sky and Amanda Roberts, accepted the award on her behalf, sharing personal reflections on her life, her legacy and her unwavering commitment to justice.⁣
⁣
Through their continued work with SOAR (Speak Out, Act, Reclaim), they are carrying forward Virginia’s vision of a world where survivors are heard, supported and able to seek justice, regardless of who holds power.⁣
⁣
As Sky reminded us, Virginia had two words for anyone who told her something wasn't possible: “Watch me.”⁣
⁣
Her courage helped change the world. Now it is our collective responsibility to ensure her legacy leads to lasting justice and accountability.⁣
