Ingredients:
Egg roll wrap
King oyster mushrooms
Ackee
Walker’s wood jerk seasoning
Thyme leaves
Cashew cheese sauce
Alkaline ranch

Instructions:
Cut, shred, season, and sauté your king oyster mushrooms.
Next, once your mushrooms are sautéed then you will very lightly rinse your ackee and add to pan with mushrooms.
Then , let the ackee and mushrooms cook without stirring or mixing.(shake the pan if you can instead of mixing.)
Then, add ackee and mushroom mixture along with the cashew cheese sauce into an egg roll wrap.
Lastly , spray egg rolls with oil , add to air fryer , then flip your egg rolls over halfway through the air frying process , for an extra crisp ! Enjoy 🌱
