the spiritual community has become a pissing contest and it’s embarrassing. “i’m a chosen one” “eating meat is low vibrational” blah blah blah. if you think you’re better than someone over a dietary decision, you’ve completely lost the plot. you’re embodying the false light.

i have no problem with veganism, i was vegetarian myself for 4 years. but when it starts to create this superiority complex, i think you all need a good look in the mirror. you are recording a rant about meat eaters from a phone created on the backs of child slavery and death, you are driving a car that kills thousands of bugs per year, you are living in a house that destroyed animals lives and habitats during construction. you cannot avoid causing suffering or harm during your life, unless you plan to sit on the floor and starve to death as some defiant act of kindness to the world. you take a step outside and you’re squishing an ant.

in the words of jesus - “you hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”

Unfortunately this was never planned as a 2 part series. But as there is so much to look at when trying on clothes we ran a little long on episode 1. So welcome to episode 1 B where we pick up where we left off. Today we get to the good stuff, the military jacket and fatigue pants as well as suede bomber jackets and two tote bags.

As a reminder, this is NOT a sponsored post, the items are gifted to me but I have free rein of what I choose and the opinions are very clearly my own.

For size references below, these are mine:

Height: 1.78m
Weight: 68kg
Suit jacket size: 46
Trouser size: 30 or 31
Trouser length generally 30/31
Shirt size: small
Shoe size: Eur 42/41

Any other questions about what I ordered or specific sizing requests. Please pop me a comment down below.

Sgt. Smash returns with Jingle Berries!

A nostalgic breakfast blast with a Christmas twist 🎄🥣💪

Available for a Limited Time
Thursday 11.05.26

every one of these photos was taken this year, normally id just post the first one but I don’t want to always only share the highlights when that’s not what real life looks like all of the time

I’ve dealt with bloating for my entire adult life (and to be honest I’m not surprised with the way that I’ve treated my body over the years this isn’t a “poor me” post) but a couple of months ago I started a gut health protocol with my functional health practitioner, eating low FODMAP and dairy free and since then, the only time I’ve bloated was the first couple of days after starting creatine (which has now completely settled)

for someone who has lived with painful bloating for so long, this feels like a miracle 🥹

btw I won’t be on this diet forever and we’re going to look to start phasing these foods back in at some stage, but I’m excited to see where this gut healing journey takes me because it’s not just about the bloating, it’s the energy levels, the digestion, the ability to build muscle because I’ve also been dealing with a absorption issues... so its been a lot!

please also know I’m just sharing what’s working for me (and this doesn’t replace medical advice). bloating is common but it is not normal, and it is so difficult/impossoble to self-diagnose so if it’s something you’ve been dealing with like I have, I always recommend working with a professional.

if you want to try it with me, my 4 week nutrition and gut reset starts tomorrow worldwide ❤️ I actually created it for myself based on the work I’ve been doing with my practitioner, but so many of you asked how I’ve been eating that I wanted to share it. it’s $35 USD (one-off payment, lifetime access) for the next 24 hours only.

comment REALIGN and I’ll send you the link, or you can find more details in my bio 💛
